The basic presentation of the production programme
Electroplated tools with DIA and CBN grains are produced in a ductile nickel layer which does not contain inner tension. They are known for their high level of cutting and open structure, which enables working with materials that cannot be treated by metal or resin bond. Due to any choice of geometry of tools they enable efficient and purpose adaptability to demanding treatment procedures. We use two types of abrasive grains for tools:
Diamond (DIA) – the hardest abrasive, which is used for:
- Tungsten carbide
- Technical ceramics
- Glas
- Marble
- Ferit and graphite material s
- Rubber
- Composite materials
Borazon (CBN) – the second hardest abrasive, which is used for:
- HSS steel
- Cr steel
- Cementation steel
- Special alloy
